One Michelin Star

Chef Henk Savelberg - Chef Henk hails from the Netherlands, and is still the only Dutch chef to be awarded a Michelin star in five different restaurants. He earned his first Michelin star at the age of 28, and was knighted in the chivalric Order of Orange-Nassau in the Netherlands in 2003. He brought his considerable talents to Bangkok in late 2014, and promptly earned another star when the first Michelin Guide for Thailand came out in 2017.
