Chef Pom is second to none for Chinese food in Thailand. He offers contemporary Chinese cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal quality ingredients in Cantonese, Sichuan, Shanghai and Hong Kong styles. Working in Chinese restaurants since he was twelve years old, he gained experience by continually working in the restaurant industry until he was. It was at this time that he became Executive Chef in many famous hotels and eventually opened his own Chinese restaurant. His work on televised cooking competitions also led him to receive the nickname of “The King of Contemporary Chinese Food”.
